Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for used or damaged items (unless the damage existed upon arrival).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at accessoryany@zohomail.cn within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind or wrong size/color ordered: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • The product purchase price will be refunded in full.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/incorrect items).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice.

8. Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails under normal use, contact us for a replacement or refund.
